We are looking for a talented and creative Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our websites, applications, and marketing materials. Your expertise in both web and graphic design will be crucial in crafting engaging experiences for our users and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Design eye-catching graphics and illustrations for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and social media posts.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Ensure consistency in design across various platforms, maintaining brand identity and guidelines.
- Optimize designs for web and mobile responsiveness, usability, and performance.
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving design skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web and Graphic Designer. Maximum 5 years.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating responsive web designs and familiarity with mobile-first design concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of web and graphic design projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
